We have simple terms and conditions which protect you as a customer and consumer.
You are able to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel and return any part of your order within 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)on receipt of goods, for any reason.
Provided the returned items reach us in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging, you will receive a full refund for the returned items. However, the cost of postage is not refundable nor is the cost of postage to return the goods to us.
Please ensure any returned items are correctly labelled and packaged sufficiently with your details and order number enclosed. You are requested to obtain a Certificate of Posting from the post office for your return as a security precaution as the customer is responsible for each returning item until it reaches us. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit.
Items need to be returned within 28 days from receipt of goods to be eligible for a refund.
Please note, that due to hygiene reasons earrings are non-refundable items unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are able to accept payment by cheque, PayPal or BACS at present. Credit and debit cards can also be used via our PayPal facility. Goods will be dispatched on clearance of the required funds. If you prefer to pay by BACS please contact for our account information at time of ordering.
Cheques should be made payable to Luna Tree Jewellery. All cheques are subject to a clearing period of around 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) prior to the dispatch of orders. Please write your order number on the back of your cheque.
All orders will be sent by first class post and charged £3.50 for postage and packing. Orders over the value of £30.00 are sent by first class post and are tracked with a signature required upon delivery. Orders over the value of £60.00 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. This is also track able and requires a signature. No matter what you order, you will only be charged a flat rate of £3.50.
At Luna Tree Jewellery we endeavour to process and dispatch your orders quickly and efficiently, usually within 3 working days on receipt of cleared funds. However, during busy periods this may be slightly longer.
Overseas deliveries will incur a standard delivery charge of £15 postage and packing and the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes. Goods will be sent by Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ which provides cover for goods up to £500
To order in time for pre Christmas delivery within the UK, orders need to be placed on or prior to the 15th December to be delivered in time. Any order taken after this date will not be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.
We have taken every care to ensure that the pictures and descriptions are representative of the product, but please be aware that all Luna Tree Jewellery is handmade and minor variations are inevitable.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not pass on, rent or sell your email address, or any personal information about you, to any third party under any circumstances.
